Miss Teen USA 2003, the 21st Miss Teen USA pageant, was televised live from Palm Springs Convention Center, Palm Springs, California on 12 August 2003. At the conclusion of the final competition, Miss Oregon Teen USA Tami Farrell was crowned by outgoing queen Vanessa Semrow of Wisconsin.[1]
Prior to the live telecast, the 51 contestants competed in a preliminary presentation show where they were judged in swimsuits and evening gowns. Scores from this judging determined the top 15 for the final competition.
This was the first year that the pageant was held in Palm Springs, which would later host Miss Teen USA 2004 and Miss Teen USA 2006. The pageant location was announced on 17 July 2003.[2] On 23 July 2003 it was announced that Jessica Simpson and Justin Guarini would appear as musical guests during the pageant.[3] The event was hosted by Mario Lopez and Brooke Burns.
Farrell was the third titleholder from Oregon, the only state to win more than one Miss Teen USA title, other than Tennessee (who won in 2009) and their 1997 win.
Miss Teen USA 2004, the 22nd Miss Teen USA pageant, was televised live from Palm Springs Convention Center, Palm Springs on 6 August 2004. At the conclusion of the final competition, Miss Louisiana Teen USA Shelley Hennig was crowned by outgoing queen Tami Farrell of Oregon.

Miss Teen USA 2005, the 23rd Miss Teen USA pageant, was held on August 8, 2005 at Baton Rouge River Center, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Allie LaForce of Ohio was crowned by Shelley Hennig of Louisiana.[1]

Miss Teen USA 2006, the 24th Miss Teen USA pageant, was televised live from Palm Springs Convention Center, Palm Springs, California on August 15, 2006. The pageant was won by Katie Blair of Montana.
For the third time, the pageant was hosted by Palm Springs. It had previously been held there in 2003 and 2004. On August 10, the 51 contestants competed in a preliminary presentation show where they were judged in swimsuits and evening gowns. Scores from this judging will determine the top 15 on the live telecast on August 15, 2006.
At the conclusion of the final competition, Katie Blair of Montana was crowned by outgoing titleholder Allie LaForce of Ohio. This was the first year that Montana made the initial cut in the competition, and until this pageant Montana was the only state which had not placed. This is the first major pageant title won by a delegate from Montana.

Miss Teen USA 2007, the 25th Miss Teen USA pageant, was held on August 24, 2007 in Pasadena, California. At the conclusion of the final night of the competition Hilary Cruz of Colorado was crowned Miss Teen USA 2007 by outgoing titleholder Katie Blair of Montana.[1]
The event was hosted by Mario Lopez, who also hosted Miss Teen USA 1998 and Miss Teen USA 2003. In 2007 he also hosted the Miss America and Miss Universe pageants.[2] The pageant was broadcast on NBC at 8:00 p.m. EST, rather than at 9:00 p.m. EST.
To date, it was the final Miss Teen USA pageant to be televised on broadcast television due to NBC failing to renew its contract. Since then, it is broadcast over the Internet on the pageant's official website, its YouTube channel and on Microsoft's Xbox Live service.
Miss Teen USA 2008, the 26th Miss Teen USA pageant, was held on August 16, 2008 at Grand Ballroom in the Atlantis Paradise Island, Nassau, Bahamas. This was the first Miss Teen USA pageant that was not televised, after then-Miss Universe Organization broadcast partner NBC failed to renew its contract, and it was also the first Miss Teen USA pageant broadcasting only online by Ustream and the first held outside the United States. The pageant was hosted by Seth Goldman and Miss Teen USA 2004, Shelley Hennig. At the conclusion of the pageant, outgoing titleholder Hilary Cruz crowned her successor Stevi Perry of Arkansas as the new Miss Teen USA.
Miss Teen USA 2009, the 27th Miss Teen USA pageant, was held at the Imperial Ballroom, Atlantis Paradise Island, in Nassau, The Bahamas on July 31, 2009.[1] For the first time since 1986, the Miss Teen USA pageant was held earlier than the Miss Universe pageant. Miss Teen USA 2008, Stevi Perry of Arkansas, crowned Stormi Henley of Tennessee as her successor.
For the first time, the event was webcast live over the Internet via Ustream (on www.missteenusa.com).[2][citation needed] Ed Fields and Stevi Perry hosted the presentation show, where Seth Goldman and Miss USA 2008, Crystle Stewart hosted the final show. Pop rock band Honor Society and Canadian pop singer, songwriter Leah Renee performed during the two hours live event.
Miss Teen USA 2010, the 28th edition of the Miss Teen USA pageant, was held at the Imperial Ballroom of the Atlantis Paradise Island, in The Bahamas on July 24, 2010.[1] Stormi Henley, Miss Teen USA 2009, from Tennessee, crowned her successor, Maryland's Kamie Crawford, as Miss Teen USA 2010.[2] The 50 states and the District of Columbia competed for the prestigious title and the pageant was webcast live on Ustream. The 2nd annual Miss Teen Fantasy Camp was held along the pageant.
The preliminary competition, hosted by Ed Fields and Stormi Henley, took place on July 23, while the final show was held on July 24, 2010. Emceeing the main event were Seth Goldman, host of NBC's "Entertainment Buzz", and Miss USA 2008, Crystle Stewart. This is currently the third time that Goldman and Stewart have chaired an event together, the other two being the Miss USA 2009 preliminaries and Miss Teen USA 2009.
The 2010 Teen USA pageant marks Stormi Henley's debut television appearance as a country music singer and songwriter. She performed her first single, "Quite Like Me," inspired by her experience of moving to New York City.
Miss Arizona USA 2009, Alicia Blanco, Miss Utah USA 2009 Laura Chukanov, Miss Arkansas USA 2010, Adrielle Churchill, Miss California USA 2010, Nicole Michele Johnson, Miss Louisiana USA 2010, Sara Brooks and Miss Nebraska USA 2010, Belinda Wright were invited by the Miss Universe Organization as this year fantasy camp's official counselors.
Miss Teen USA 2011. was the 29th Miss Teen USA pageant. It was held at the Grand Ballroom, Atlantis Paradise Island, Nassau, The Bahamas on July 16, 2011. Miss Teen USA 2010, Kamie Crawford, crowned her successor, Danielle Doty of Texas, as Miss Teen USA 2011 at the end of this event. The 50 states and the District of Columbia competed for the prestigious title. For the first time, viewers were allowed to vote for their favorite opening dress and swimsuit designed by the official sponsors, Sherri Hill and Kooey Australia. People's Choice along with Miss Universe Organization created an online poll for selecting Miss Teen USA Photogenic, won by Courtney Coleman of Hawaii. Savannah Schechter of New Jersey, won the Miss Congeniality award at the pageant.
For the first time ever, both the preliminary competition and the final show were webcast live via UStream and NewTek on www.missteenusa.com and seventeen.com. The preliminary competition took place of July 15th and was hosted by Chet Buchanan and Kamie Crawford. The final show was hosted by Chet Buchanan and Allie LaForce, Miss Teen USA 2005. Kia Hampton, Miss Kentucky USA 2011, provided entertainment by singing at the show.
Miss Teen USA 2012, was the 30th Miss Teen USA pageant. The pageant was held on July 28, 2012 at the Grand Ballroom of the Atlantis Paradise Island in Nassau, The Bahamas. Danielle Doty of Texas crowned Logan West from Connecticut as the new Miss Teen USA 2012 at the end of the event. The 50 states and the District of Columbia competed for the prestigious title and the pageant was streamed globally on the official Miss Teen USA website over its UStream channel and was also streamed to Xbox 360 consoles over Xbox Live in 16 countries using the Xbox Live Event Player application.
Miss Teen USA 2013, the 31st Miss Teen USA pageant. It was held on August 10, 2013 at Atlantis Paradise Island, Nassau, Bahamas and was hosted by Australian journalist Karl Jeno Schmid and Miss Teen USA 2003 Tami Farrell. Logan West of Connecticut crowned her successor Cassidy Wolf of California at the end of the event. The 50 states and the District of Columbia competed for the title and the pageant was webcast on the official Miss Teen USA website via Ustream and on Xbox Live.
Miss Teen USA 2014, the 32nd Miss Teen USA pageant. It was held at the Atlantis Paradise Island Resort in Nassau, Bahamas on August 2, 2014 and was hosted by Australian journalist Karl Jeno Schmid and Miss USA 2013 Erin Brady. Cassidy Wolf of California crowned her successor K. Lee Graham of South Carolina at the end of the event.
Miss Teen USA 2015 was the 33rd Miss Teen USA pageant. It was held at the Atlantis Paradise Island in Nassau, The Bahamas on August 22, 2015 and was hosted by Miss USA 2013 Erin Brady and television writer Nick Teplitz. All fifty states and District of Columbia competed. K. Lee Graham of South Carolina crowned her successor Katherine Haik of Louisiana at the end of the event.
Miss Teen USA 2016 was the 34th Miss Teen USA pageant, was held at The Venetian Theatre in Las Vegas, Nevada on July 30, 2016. Katherine Haik of Louisiana crowned her successor Karlie Hay of Texas, at the end of the event.[2] The pageant was webcast on the Miss Universe website, Facebook page, and mobile app as well as on Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles via Xbox Live. It was hosted by Miss USA 2015 Olivia Jordan and social media star Cody Johns, while American Idol winner Nick Fradiani performed.[3] This is the first time that the state of Nevada hosted the pageant and the first Miss Teen USA pageant held in the United States since 2007.
Miss Teen USA 2017 was the 35th Miss Teen USA pageant held at the Phoenix Symphony Hall in Phoenix, Arizona on July 29, 2017. Karlie Hay of Texas crowned her successor, Sophia Dominguez-Heithoff of Missouri at the end of the event. The pageant was hosted by celebrity personal trainer and author Heidi Powell and E! correspondent Erin Lim, while Mexican singer Jorge Blanco performed.
It was the first time the pageant was held in Arizona and the first to broadcast in high dynamic range (HDR) color, virtual reality and on PlayStation consoles.
Miss Teen USA 2018 was the 36th Miss Teen USA pageant. It was held on May 18, 2018 at Hirsch Memorial Coliseum in Shreveport, Louisiana. Sophia Dominguez-Heithoff of Missouri crowned her successor Hailey Colborn of Kansas at the end of the event.[1]
It was the first time the pageant was held concurrently with its sister pageant Miss USA 2018, which was held on May 21, 2018.
Miss Teen USA 2019 was the 37th Miss Teen USA pageant. It was held at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada on April 28, 2019, and was hosted by Miss USA 2014 Nia Sanchez and Tim Tialdo.[1][2] Hailey Colborn of Kansas crowned her successor Kaliegh Garris of Connecticut at the end of the event.
The 2019 competition served as the second consecutive time that the pageant has been held concurrently with the Miss USA competition. For the first time, both the preliminary and final competitions were held on the same day.
